We have just finished phase one and moved into our new center! Dignity Development, our construction company, is doing an amazing job. Below is a picture of the finished multipurpose building. Currently we are doing our therapy, special ed and jewelry making in this building.
Once we raise more funds, we will begin construction of phase 2 that will include the 2 story therapy and special ed building, plus a showroom for Dignity Designs jewelry. The multipurpose building in the future will be used as our medical clinic. Our new center will facilitate 75 children and jobs for 75 of their mothers. This is a $1.5 million dollar project and will be one of a kind in East Africa.
